The meal offering
מעשה המנחה
The verse · Vayikra 2:1
וְנֶפֶשׁ כִּי־תַקְרִיב קׇרְבַּן מִנְחָה לַה׳ סֹלֶת יִהְיֶה קׇרְבָּנוֹ וְיָצַק עָלֶיהָ שֶׁמֶן וְנָתַן עָלֶיהָ לְבֹנָה
“And when any will offer a meal offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense upon it:”

The meal offering, as [Leviticus 2:1] states: "When a person presents a meal offering...."
מעשה המנחה, שנאמר: "וְנֶפֶשׁ כִּי תַקְרִיב קָרְבַּן מִנְחָה" (ויקרא ב, א).
