Not to consume blood
שלא לאכול דם
The verse · Vayikra 7:26
וְכׇל־דָּם לֹא תֹאכְלוּ בְּכֹל מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם לָעוֹף וְלַבְּהֵמָה
“Moreover you shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of bird or of beast, in any of your dwellings.”
The Rambam’s words
Not to consume blood, as [Leviticus 7:26] states: "Do not consume any blood."
שלא לאכול דם, שנאמר "וכל דם, לא תאכלו" (ויקרא ג,יז; ויקרא ז,כו).
