שלא לזרוק דם בעלי מומין לגבי המזבח
The verse · Vayikra 22:24
וּמָעוּךְ וְכָתוּת וְנָתוּק וְכָרוּת לֹא תַקְרִיבוּ לַה׳ וּבְאַרְצְכֶם לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ
“You shall not offer to the Lord that which has its testicles bruised or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall you do thus in your land.”
The Rambam’s words
Not to sprinkle the blood of animals with disqualifying physical blemishes on the altar, as [Leviticus 22:24] states: "Do not sacrifice to G-d...." This prohibition involves sprinkling [the animal's] blood."
שלא לזרוק דם בעלי מומין לגבי המזבח, שנאמר בבעלי מומין "לא תקריבו לה'" (ויקרא כב,כד); וזה הוא איסור זריקת דמו.
