The verse · Shemot 23:14
שָׁלֹשׁ רְגָלִים תָּחֹג לִי בַּשָּׁנָה
“Three times thou shalt keep a feast to me in the year.”

To celebrate on the festivals, as [Exodus 23:14] states: "And you shall celebrate three festivals for Me."
